For example, a sprinter needs explosive power and quick reflexes, while a long-distance runner requires endurance and pacing.

2. Swimming

Swimming is a competitive sport that involves moving through water using different strokes such as freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly. Swimmers compete in various distances, from short sprints to long-distance races. The sport also includes events like relays and individual medleys, where swimmers use multiple strokes in a single race.
