Proteins

Proteins can be classified into two types: complete and incomplete.
- Complete Proteins: These contain all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own. Examples include meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products.
- Incomplete Proteins: These lack one or more of the essential amino acids. Examples include legumes, grains, and nuts. However, combining different incomplete proteins can create a complete protein source, such as beans and rice.
